RC1 Ready for Prime Time

As Tim Sneath notes today, some crucial tools are now available for Release Candidate 1 of the .NET Framework 3.0. In particular, the extensions to Visual Studio are now available here.
This means that my book Applications = Code + Markup: A Guide to the Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation is now totally usable with RC1. Consequently, I have modified that page of my Web site to provide links for all the pieces of the .NET Framework 3.0., SDK, and Visual Studio extensions you need to install, as well as a template for a WPF Empty Project. I have also recompiled and uploaded RC1 versions of the sample WPF programs on that page.
